Sonoro’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (“the Code”) reflects our commitment to a culture of honesty, integrity, and accountability that outlines basic principles and policies with which all directors, officers, employees, and employee-type contractors of the Company are expected to comply to. Canadian securities regulators recommend companies to have such a Code for good corporate governance.
